What Would Be The Design Process?

The Design Process Is Carried Out In Stage-Wise Manner As Described Below:

Preliminary Stage: After Initial Discussion, You Will Be Awarded a 'Letter Of Appointment' And 'Agreement Copy' If You Wish To Appoint Us.

Stage 1: We Will Carefully Listen and Note Down Your Requirements. A Site Visit Will Be Arranged By Us To Study The Site Condition And Carry Out Measurements.

Stage 2: We Will Present You with The Mood Board/Concept Design And Note Down If Further Amendments Are Required. At This Stage, You Will Be Given A Rough Estimate Of the Cost.

Stage 3: We Will Start With The Working Drawings Once The Concept Is Approved. A More Detailed Estimate Would Be Prepared To Float The Tender Around.

Stage 4: We Will Start Submitting The Drawings For The Commencement Of Work At the Site. The Drawings Will Be Released As Per The Schedule Described In The 'Agreement Copy'.

Stage 5: After Releasing All The Drawings, Completion Report Would Be Submitted Once The Project Is Successfully Completed.
